We are fortunate to have a man like Matt Luke join our staff. He has been on the "trail" recruiting the same athletes we have for a number of years. Should be pretty seamless in that regard. Ironically, PitBoss is a perfect fit for Ark and both should do very well. Luke looks great in that Georgia gear too! Go Dawgs!
Keeping our OL class together then securing the high profile 2021 targets must be Luke's top priorities. In the long term I am very interested to see if he changes our OL blocking schemes and physical characteristics of our OL. Will he opt for an OL that is more mobile and pulls more?
Dogman...Right now James Coley is the man Kirby has in place as we all know. They (pundits) all hollering that it isn't Coley's fault for LSU beat down of UGA. Most seem to blame the players and injuries..;..Fromm, receivers, even Swift, etc. Some said the vaunted UGA defense let down the offense. Some UGA offensive linemen even blamed the defense. Lots of blame but the buck stops at the coaching. Who is there out there that can "fix" UGA's offense? Kirby will not let Coley go. Best buddies. He may use Matt Luke to co-cordinate with Coley. I sincerely doubt Kirby will go outside at this point to replace Coley....but who knows the mind of CKS at this juncture. Something has to be done....absolutely!!! A ton of pressure is being applied on Kirby to FIX the offense. He will.
Sam is in Ark. last I knew......looks like a move out and run much like Mark Richt did. I guess no thought for the team or teammates Sam said is is so fond of??? As for Luke, he was fired and removed...so he is at UGA for the Bowl. IMO.
LOLOL>>CBS Sports reported Sam Pittman as the new head coach for Missouri...lololo, what a faux pas. GO DAWGS!!!
lets see what we get.
any one know arrangement for the bowl game? Sam or Matt?
That's the best possible news! Well done, Kirby Smart...
Kirby just went two for two with great O-line coach hires. I feel Luke is going to be a perfect fit in Athens GA.
Why comment further? He’s our OL coach so we should support him and go on with our daily lives.
