And...."guess what", as my 5 yr old Neice, would say...Lol.…UGA just might, have a little sump'n sump'n in store for Sark.
I wouldn't be a bit surprised, to see a Tight End (TE) air-show, using a 12 and 13 personnel groupings....with a dominant running game, to boot. The TE's have exhibited the most reliable hands.
IMO....When the Dawgs have "needed" to move the ball, this season....targeting a TE....or a QB escape plan, was usually the go-to move. I think they could've gone to the TE's all day long….but, that doesn't help you improve at the WR position.
So....since "better never rests".…the Dawgs sacrificed stats and hype over the course of the season, for experience and development of the younger players.
Also, IMO....the only time we got a glimpse at the version of Bulldogs that we're gonna see next weekend....[throughout the CFP, starting with Texas, Saturday]....is when they played Clemson [2nd half], Alabama [2nd half], Texas and Tennessee.
It's not a fluke, or good luck...that UGA just so happens to play their best football, against the best teams, in the biggest games. And, it sure ain't an emotional tidal wave that enables them to perform at such a high level at selective times.
Kirby and Bobo use all the levers to play the season...not just the game. What good does it do, to win every battle...but, lose the war?. I'm just sayin'.
IMO......"playcalling" & "personnel groupings" can be varied to regulate offensive output....depending on the effectiveness of the defense. At times, you'll notice Kirby turn his Dawgs loose...when they absolutely "need" a stop. I expect to see a lot of that, over the next 4 games they have to play....before being crowned. Lol
