I can't help but wonder whether the back-and-forth on Smith & Bowers has has something to do to do with gamesmanship for this Saturday, or with the desire to keep some capabilities hidden, or both.

Hopefully Washington and Smith can get a few reps in the Arkansas game and start working their way back into game shape. I'm sure there's much more to it than what we realize, with getting their timing and routs perfected.
