When Pickens scores a couple of TDs on them this year they'll really be mad at him, but who cares.
LOL to money involved. If he hadn't been local, it would've required money to get him to commit to Auburn. He realized that Georgia is a contender while Auburn is not. Period. No different from the many Georgia-bred recruits that went elsewhere pre-Smart. If you want to WIN and play at the highest level, you need to be playing for a Top 5 team. Is it fair? Nope, but such is life. We've been there and done that.
Remember these guys Auburn? Montravius Adams, Carl Lawson and Derrick Brown. Accept it and move on.
Looking for big things from George Pickens this year.
For anyone associated with the Barn to suggest money was involved in his switch to UGA is laughable. After all every college football fan knows what really went down with $cam.
I think he chose who he wanted to play for as opposed to who he didn't want to play for. He displayed excellent decision making skills!
