He may not even get to play this year. What I worry about is losing Brock, just to have JT for next year instead of Brock for 3+ years. Not a good trade off. What other qb's are coming out in 2022, or 2023? Even if he is eligible, I don't think he has the talent to over take Newman. But if Kirby picks him because he is "safe" like Fromm, then Kirby will be a fail. Sorry.
Well this ought to be interesting. Ironically, Kedon Slovis was the QB on my son's high school football team and when he signed with USC, I never thought he'd see the field. Now a year later, Daniels is at Georgia and Slovis is being mentioned as a possible Heisman candidate. Strange how life works sometimes. Until today, Daniels to UGA was never even on the radar. The QB competition at UGA just got a whole lot more intriguing.
