Elite teams have elite Quarterbacks. Check Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Florida, etc. They have elite QB's... Stetson and D'wan have not shown anything resembling elite. Kirby is a great recruiter, great defensive coach but he obviously needs help judging quarterbacks. He still talks up Stetson and D'wan and reluctantly mentions JT Daniels. JT is the only one that has shown potential to be elite. If he gets a chance now and excels, Kirby will look even more incompetent in handling QBs.

I think Pickens is frustrated at the QB system and watching lesser WRs put much better numbers. He might be out of the door at the end of this year and from a self-help perspective, I can't say that I blame him.
