THIS is the kind of attitude that breeds championship football and teams! Wish we could spread a little of this over on the offensive side of the ball, where guys truly don't care who gets the credit. Honestly, I think our defense will be nearly as good next year, if not better. That's why I'm surprised we haven't heard more from the recruiting trail about defensive players committing. Aren't we like just 15 days from signing day? There's no buzz around the Dawgs, and I'm surprised by that.

With all of the attention that LSU's offense has gotten this season, our kids know that important eyes will be on them come Saturday! For them to do well and shut LSU down would really help put them on everyone's map!
Maybe I'm wrong to make it so simple, but the fact that E-H couldn't name a current Dawg makes me think he's either bluffing or LSU isn't worried about this game. And Roquan was a rookie in the NFL when we played them last year.
When we win Saturday, we may have to face LSU again in the playoff. I guarantee they'll know the names by then.

It may be obvious but Kind of reminds me of the Junkyard Dawgs.
Maybe no household names but a defense that gets the job done.
Look All American to me.

Win or lose Saturday, this defense deserves a place of honor in the halls of our beloved campus. THANK YOU to every member of this team and especially those on the defense for a memorable season! DGD, every one!

Yep and the credit goes completely to Smart. Our D was supposed to be our weak point but he showed what a defensive-focused can accomplish. Now, we just need an Offensive mastermind to complete the picture and we'll be the new dynasty.

I like our guys better. Every one of our line backers can cover a back or tight end in pass coverage. The discipline on the defense is remarkable.

Are you kidding me? Bama gets 3 guys on this SEC defensive team of the year and we get NONE? Bama couldn’t stop a bloody nose. What a joke. Once again we are dishonored.
