Yeah, LSU really wet the bed on that one. Strong start, but couldn’t finish. As much as I don’t like Brian Kelly, I was really hoping they’d take it; I don’t have any use for ANY team in Texas.
The problem with Penn St is that they tend to fall apart in big games. Sure, it’s a different team this year, but it’s always a different team, and that is one thing that’s been consistent. Hopefully they don’t, and are able to take the Buckeyes down.
One heckuva wild ride yesterday watching LSU and Texas A&M. Another example of how important and lethal a dual threat athletic and mobile QB can be. Could be an interesting final push to find out who ends up playing in the SEC Championship. All the teams remaining on the Dawgs schedule look definitely beatable.
In the B1G, Oregon or Penn State may be the top dogs. Ohio State has got a mess on its hands with the O-line, and I don't think it's going to be really fixed anytime soon. That could hurt their chances this weekend at Penn State. We'll see which coach is for real this year.
