I think he's a Texas lean but can be pulled away.

No....not realistic. Both of them have publicly stated that depth charts are a concern.

We can definitely get Milton; think Georgia leads there or is close to the top. Tank Bigsby and EJ Smith are the others we look best for. Daijun Edwards, Marks, Bowman, Seth McGowan and some RBs in Arizona, California and Maryland are all in play. Jordon Simmons, Tyler's younger brother, is also very fast. Could be underrated as a 3 star. USC's mediocrity, Oklahoma having two solid commitments at the position and Swift and Herrien leaving after next season helps Georgia in its quest to sign two elite RBs.

I agree here. Both those teams are on the rise, and the kid is a top in state talent. Jimbo has shown to be an elite recruiter. Texas will be a hard pull for top talent for non big name teams.

And, to be honest, as a follow up, as with Emery Jr., we haven't really demonstrably shown why he should go out of state to Georgia. Milton is from the Fresno area, which has been open for programs from all over the country. Oklahoma has had good success there and Scott Frost has Nebraska focused in the area as well. Less pressure on him to stay in state
