    Depending on how we finish I believe we need 5 WR, 3 TE, 1QB, 2 RB and 4 OL in 2020 (deduct any 2019 late signings if they have more than 1 year of eligibility left). Defense you have 10 for the front 5 whereas I would look for 1 or 2 OLB, 2 DT and 2 DE. We also need 2 ILB. I would only take 1 Safety and 1 Corner subject to 2019 and 2020 transfers (applies to other positions also). Best available would tempt me to tweak the numbers by 1 in some positions.

    There are Mock 2020 here and subsequent pages (page 4, I think), plus other info, but you have a well titled OP.

    @JeffSentell what about FB? Coley ran a lot of packages with a FB at Miami.

    Not Jeff but typically we have FB as PWO such as Christian Payne. I would expect this continue or use an athletic lineman or TE in that role

    Mock UGA Big Board 2020

    QB - R Ashford / C.J. Dixon / G Spann

    RB - M Lloyd / D Bowman

    S - E Jennings / N Joseph (Juco)
    S/Ath - T Bigsby / J Thomas
    K - J Karty

    From @Thelordjohnson

    My (expect many changes) Mock:

    QB Robbie Ashford (I still forsee Plumlee)
    RB Kendall Milton
    RB Mookie Cooper
    WR Eddie (EJ) Williams
    WR Rico Powers Jr.
    WR Jermaine Burton
    TE Arik Gilbert
    OT Broderick Jones
    OT Tate Ratledge
    OL Justin Rogers
    OL Chris Morris
    DT Nazir Stackhouse
    DT Warren Brinson
    DT Jamil Burroughs
    DL Andy Boykin
    DE Bryan Breese
    DE Myles Murphy
    DE Philip Webb
    OLB BJ Ojulari
    OLB Zykevious Walker
    OLB Mekhail Sherman (depends on draft)
    CB Lejond Cavazos
    CB Fred Davis II
    K ???

    Better year for UGA to finish both sides of the line. The OLBs depend on Johnson, Beal, Cox, etc looking like 3 year (1 and done in Johnson's case) guys. If thats the case that'll be restocked with young guns in the wings.

    On another note. As good as UGAs class should be if Tennessee can keep some of their big names home they'll have formidable trenches.

    Have the following mocks so far ^^^^

    @SouthGA_Dawg
    @SoFL_Dawg
    @Acrum21
    @CZCashvilleDawg
    @Thelordjohnson
    (Prominently missing is @tiger_62082 )

    I propose that after NSD, say by/on Feb 15, those willing to participate provide their "Early 2020 Mock Class" selections to this OP under the following rules.

    limit of 25 recruit names
    user choice to include/exclude current commits (no assumptions)
    "winner" based on most matches of the 25 names

    God willing I will prepare a spreadsheet of the submissions and report periodically, but essentially, after NSD 2020.
    I reserve the right to "publish" the 4 or 5 best performing mocks at one time based on what shows best on the Forum window here. Stoke up that mojo! Hope there are some entries.

    We'll vote on it, but doesn't have to be Feb 15. Just would like to set it up "early." It goes too long and too much of the uncertainty disappears. When are the spring xfers usually done?

    Likely after G-Day through May 15th. That way the players know where they are on the depth chart and want to transfer asap after getting spring semester grades. You have probably seen that I have posted mine anyway so I am good with 15th

    The more the merrier (I think). If most are okay with the Feb 15 date or not, post it here. I think Mar 15 would be the latest I would want to set the deadline. An issue is for all to have the same access to public information.

    Deadline will be midnight Feb 15 2019 unless changed. Think in terms of strategy. May be some strategy to get the most matches.

    No sweat. I'll announce/remind on Feb 10 or so to get them in. May want to go final then.

Hope there are some entries.

    id like to get in on it too

    The more the merrier (I think). If most are okay with the Feb 15 date or not, post it here. I think Mar 15 would be the latest I would want to set the deadline. An issue is for all to have the same access to public information.

    Deadline will be midnight Feb 15 2019 unless changed. Think in terms of strategy. May be some strategy to get the most matches.

    i've filled most of mine out, but i have a few spots left to fill

    No sweat. I'll announce/remind on Feb 10 or so to get them in. May want to go final then.

    Are we allowed to copy and paste someone else's?

    Mine will change after signing day, especially with new information that comes out and how we finish this class

    I will do a mock after NSD and post spring transfers out/in.

    Current thoughts:

    1. QB - Uiagalelei
    2. RB - Milton, Lloyd
    3. WR - Rosemy, J Burton, R Powers, J Johnson
    4. TE - Gilbert, B Toll
    5. OL - Rogers, Jones, Ratledge, J Rivers
    6. DL - Bresee, Burroughs, Stackhouse, Murphy
    7. OLB - BJ Ojulari
    8. ILB - McCluster, Ratcliff
    9. DB - R Torrence, Cavazos

    Total 22 commits with 247 Composite 324.66

    BTW - This was done prior to JS intel today

    I didnt seem too confident after reading JS today. I'd love this guy and Plumlee battling it out after Fromm but I see Robby for some reason

    it will be Mathis battling it out. everyone is over looking him, but after he adds some weight and learns the play book... it would be hard to beat out this 6'6 Dual Threat

    Subject to change-these are long term projections(not if the signing day was next week):
    QB:Robby Ashford/Jacoby Criswell
    RB:Kendall Milton, Marshawn Lloyd
    WR:Jermaine Burton,Rico Powers,E.J Williams
    TE:Arik Gilbert
    OT: Broderick Jones, Chris Morris
    OG: Justin Rogers(DT)
    OC: Cooper Mays
    DE:Bryan Bresee, Myles Murphy(GA),Jacolbe Cowan
    DT:Jamil Burroughs,Nazir Stackhouse, Warren Brinson
    OLB:Zykevious Walker, Demon Clowney, B.J Ojulari, Mehkail Sherman
    CB:Fred Davis, Kelee Ringo
    S:Lejond Cavazos, Enzo Jennings

    Usually I wouldn't think a decommit would matter much this far from decision time (Brinson.) But I think he ends up at Michigan with captain khaki. I saw an interview with him and he seems to love Michigan. But Kirby will get the most out of that scholly that WAS his.

    He also decommited a day after his Bama offer... I think a lot of big schools started to offer and he just wants to take a step back and take it all in before making his final decision.

    Might help the mocks out here a little bit.

    UGA sends out the early offers at the positions it needs to fill. From the 247Sports offers page for UGA in 2020.

    OFFENSE
    QB (Pro-style): 9 [4 already committed elsewhere]
    QB (DT): 5 [1 committed elsewhere)
    QB (Total): 14 [5 committed elsewhere}
    RB: 18 [2 committed elsewhere]
    All-purpose back: 3
    WR: 32 [8 committed elsewhere]
    TE: 4 [1 commit]
    OT: 19 [5 commits]
    OG: 6 [1 commit]
    C:1

    @JeffSentell @SoFL_Dawg any word on the kicker situation. Is there mutual interest with us and anyone, or could we possibly just bring in a grad transfer after '19? OR will Camarda get a shot? I'd love to have a clutch kid here until graduation like specs.

    Kirby only takes 2 DT hence Brinson decommit. He also has room for 2 DE

    Ok. That's why I said this decommit I'm pretty sure sticks. Where Brinson's scholly goes is on CKS. I just meant Brinson most likely won't be 1 of those guys that decommits and then recommits to the same school.
