A few notes from before Georgia's scrimmage on Saturday
Georgia is holding its second scrimmage of the spring. (The third and last one being G-Day next Saturday.) The media got a few minutes to view the team during pre-scrimmage drills. We will have a full practice report up in a bit, but first my own observations:
Natrez Patrick was not seen.
D'Andre Swift was on the side with Zamir White, so evidently Swift isn't participating in the scrimmage. Swift was in uniform though, so evidently it's not long-term.
Two D-line injury notes: Justin Young was back. Michael Barnett was not back.
Also on the D-line, it looked like Daquan Hawkins-Muckle going first team at NT, at least based on the line order in drills. Julian Rochester and Jonathan Ledbetter were also going first team. The second group was Tyler Clark, Devonte Wyatt and David Marshall.
The O-line appeared to be the same, but Kendall Baker was also working some beside Solomon KIndley, an indication Baker was still getting some first-team LT work.
