UGA 4-star WR target just won the GHSA Class 3A state title in WHAT???

The. Shot. Put.

No misprint. He out-threw UGA signee Netori Johnson by some eight feet. Set a new PR.

That's a receiver, folks.

Looks like he also has some clutch in him. He won the state title on his last throw.

All I can see about this is his quickness and agility. To out throw these guys who probably have easily 100 pounds on him. You have to generate speed and I imagine he probably used a spin which shows his agility and footwork. I threw shotput in high school and it takes some really good agility to be great.

He may have good hands but the question remains: Is he strong enough to play the position?

I have a feeling he might get stronger once he is school. He seems to be starting out at a fairly strong level coming in. You have to have some strength to throw like he did. If spinning fast was all it took, ballerina's might be good wide outs.
