Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: anyone here like bourbon?
Just finished off a bottle of Maker's Private Select. I'm not normally a huge fan of Maker's, but this was really good. It came in at 111 proof...so be careful. It'll get you where you're going quickly, and if you're not attentive, its easy to overshoot your target! Don't ask me how I know, but do heed my advice. 😎 -
Re: What Georgia Tech firing of Geoff Collins potentially means for Georgia football
umm, thadec, what are you talking about??? So you're a tech fan? Maybe you should review your post and make some edits. Maybe UGA should be like Michigan....not bloody likely!!!! A lot of those guys wouldn't have played at Tech?????..... because they would've never want to play at Tech, they NEVER considered Tech for a… -
Re: Vince Dooley: Spring scrimmages with other teams could have new importance
Playing football games this fall without fans in attendance will be the death nail for many smaller programs Athletic teams for years to come... NAIA, Div 111, 11 and Mid Tier programs. With that said...This whole issue will be the death nail for almost the entire country if we are playing to empty stadiums... it will be… -
Re: Kirby Smart, Jake Fromm praise Georgia football fans for the best environment they've ever seen
I was at the game. The light show, and the Ga fans were awesome! The video doesn't do any justice to how dramatic the stadium light show actually was. I don't know if UGA is the first to install this kind of LED show, but it was amazing. If Ga is the first, then it will be coming to every other stadium. It was so awesome,… -
Re: ATLANTA BRAVES! Defending World Champions!
Here is what I found. Lifetime batting average .248. So he is about 14 pts lower so far this year. Not horrible. Lifetime OPS.840. This year he's at .774 - a deficit of 66 points. Not that dood, I don't think because he does get on base a good bit, meaning his power stats are a bit down. His best year ever: BA ,271 HR 38… -
Re: Braves....
I think you are onto something with AA tired of waiting, and most importantly not wanting to be left at the altar without Freddie and Olson potentially traded to another team. I also think you are underestimating the value of $5 million/year extra the Braves are saving. $5 million to spend elsewhere is quite valuable,… -
Re: Game of Thrones Spoiler/dork thread
Interesting that you're discounting Arya. Only because, why else (from a writer's point of view) are they sending her to Kings Landing? Just as a side note? Doesn't seem worth the effort. I'm not predicting either way that she kills Cersei, but I'm sure she's going to play a big role in some part of the story. Personal… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020

Contested w/ AU 6) Tate… -
Re: Early Signing Day: Projected Georgia football recruiting 2020 signees, commitments, live updates
Reading so much about not recruiting the state, I did some homework on the 247Sports.com rankings. Georgia recruits nationally, and sometimes their positions of need are not qualitatively available in Georgia. Other times, kids simply want to go elsewhere due to family, friends, any number of reasons. I pulled together a…
