Re: Trekking The Way in Spain (Camino de Santiago)
Finished day 2 - 21km, 7.5 hours, 27,000 steps. Feeling pretty good; taking it slow and steady.

Re: The 5 people impacted the most by Georgia football landing 5-star QB Jared Curtis
i wouldn’t be toe tagging Montgomery just yet

Re: 5-star OT Jackson Cantwell drops 'money quotes' in wide-ranging Georgia football visit preview
"He might just be more impactful than Curtis"—-dawgfromduluth—I think you are absolutely correct. If he is as good as advertised he can foster excellence in an offensive line. He does seem to have his head on straight and with kudos to Keith Jackson—he does have that aura and general look of the "BIG UGLIES". I hope we get him!! GO DAWGS
Re: 5-star OT Jackson Cantwell drops 'money quotes' in wide-ranging Georgia football visit preview
“I’ll put it this way: Wherever my coaches will play me at, I will play there,” he said. “I’m not going to one of those guys, because I know there are a lot of them out there who have a massive ego about playing one position and one position only. I just want to play where I can help the team at. I mean, I just played right tackle and left guard in the [Under Armour] All-American Game. I’ll do whatever it takes. It doesn’t matter.”…..Given only this statement, Georgia is the only school among his finalist that will not only allow him to throw the shot but more importantly the Dawg coaching staff from KS to MB to SS will insist that Jackson become well versed in several positions and be excited to plug in where he is needed most…..given Jackson's joy in "throwing" opposing player around like ragdolls…..I could see him as nose tackle/ DT…..No matter where he plays, Jackson Cantwell will be a major concern for the competition. Skill/experience playing several positions will insure first round potential.

Re: Jared Curtis commitment a notable endorsement for Georgia offensive coordinator Mike Bobo
Guys, most folks have valid concerns about Bobo's offensive creativity and play calling…at times. I do think he is an above average offensive play caller but not one of the best in the business. He is a great recruiter and QB coach. We all know that.
With the WRs and TEs we have on offense this season along with Gunner's arm, I do think that Bobo needs to show much more offensive production than we did last season…or even Kirby might think twice about his role after this season. But, you also have to remember that we had plenty of offensive opportunities to produce more yards and more points in multiple games last year….but too many dropped passes and too many interceptions ruined our plans. And none of those mistakes and missed opportunities are on Bobo. That's just blown execution.
Re: Jared Curtis commitment a notable endorsement for Georgia offensive coordinator Mike Bobo
Bobo has always been a top notch recruiter and QB guy. Also, he understands NFL style offenses very well, and his QB's perform well at the next level. If I was a top QB guy, I would head straight for Bobo. It will be the best prep for NFL anywhere.
That being said, his offensive playcalling can be unimaginative at times, and his OLine coach needs to step up. The good news, they brought in more O Line coaching talent from the NFL, which may solve all the issues. Two guys are usually better than one. Even Monkin had to have a go between with Stetson Bennett. I wish they wouldn't always run on first down, but I do want them to run like they did with Chubb and Michel. They aren't that far off championship level. Better receivers, better O line, and a gutsy QB. We might see those 40 pt games regularly again. I'm hopeful.

Love Coach Bobo, loyal DGD. Really weary of all the naysayers who have always trashed him.
