We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

I hadn't thought about it like that. We have had historic trouble scoring from the 1. A baffling inability to come up with decent short yardage scoring plays. With everything on the line what do we do? We call the most-Bobo play possible…a basic dive up the middle against the #1 defense that knows it's coming. This play never works. And with a gimpy QB with one arm handing it off.

All these blowouts prove that there just aren't 12 contenders. There is no reason to believe that Bama or SC would have done any better. Should have capped the bracket at 6 teams with #1 and 2 having a first-round bye week. 12 is just too many. I don't think there is any way they expand the playoffs to 16 after this debacle.
