Re: Where is everybody/anybody ?
My thought on why the Forum has dwindling participation is the Forum has a few highly opinionated posters who belittle other posters who have different views on subjects other than their own. Sometimes there’s a reason; someone makes a post that is factually incorrect, but most often it’s just a different view on a subject. It’s a shame. We all have different backgrounds and experiences which affects our point of view. Me, I’m an old (78) Southerner having served in the military and then in industry until I retired. That may give me a different reference point than a younger person with a different background. When I joined the Forum several years ago it was all in fun keeping up with the Dawgs teams, recruiting, etc. Now, it seems, there are a few “keyboard bullies” who feel their opinions are absolutely correct and any difference of option is blasphemy and must be punished. I would not be surprised if this post is removed and I am banished from the Forum. I hope not. I would like the Forum to return to being informative and fun.

Re: Where is everybody/anybody ?
Kasey, I wasn’t targeting you specifically as there are several posters who push their opinions onto others. Kasey, you have strong opinions and occasionally you come across a little too strong (guilty here too), but mostly you provide valuable insight into the Dawgs teams and recruiting that most of us don’t possess. Without your knowledge of all things Dawg, this forum would be very lacking. You keep plugging away. Go Dawgs!

Re: Where is everybody/anybody ?
you can just @ me next time haha…
don’t worry, your post and you are both safe. I don’t mind people disagreeing with me or calling me out. I’m all for freedom of speech as long as it follows the forum guideline rules. Which this one does.

Re: Trekking The Way in Spain (Camino de Santiago)
Here’s my wife reflecting in cathedral square. She trekked 189 kilometers through all kinds of weather. Note her stamped pilgrim’s passport in the foreground.

Re: Trekking The Way in Spain (Camino de Santiago)
As I reflect on my Camino experience, I’ve decided to leave behind the rock of doubt, which is heavy, rough and burdensome. In its place I will take back with me the stone of faith and fully trust God with all things.
Thanks for allowing me to share some of this journey with you, my fellow Dawg fans.

Re: UGA Track & Field Lady Dawgs are SEC Champions
Lady Dawgs win a Natty!! Great job. They shut out the Aggies 4-0. Along with an SEC Championship in Track and Field UGA is rolling this Spring.
Re: Georgia baseball falls 3-2 to Oklahoma at SEC baseball tourney
one and done? Well, that certainly knocks a little shine off of the momentum train. Rest up, get healthy, and prepare for an Omaha run.
