Re: Braves 2025
Verdugo becomes the reserve outfielder and White moves to left most likely. Verdugo might get some starts against the really tough righties.
Re: Trekking The Way in Spain (Camino de Santiago)
@donniem Not yet, but believe it or not my wife just met podcaster/author Sean “of the South” Dietrich at dinner tonight! Here’s the photo proof!!! He and his wife are walking the French Camino route and posting blog updates.

Re: Jackson Cantwell: No. 1 prospect for 2026 recruiting cycle commits to Miami
We’ve been Justus Terry’d again!
Re: What social media is saying about Georgia football after Jackson Cantwell commits to Miami
I've reconsidered….though I'd never close the door on any out of state OT behemoth like Malakai Lee, the Dawgs need to refocus on our in state behemoths…..afterall, I'd put Georgia HS against the other "Best in the land" Texas/Ohio as producing outstanding athletes…plus, these guys have grown up in DAWG NATION……57 6-A schools, 61 5-A schools, 61 4-A schools, 63 4-A schools, 63 3-A's. 58 2-A's and 78 A's D-1 and 80 D-2 A's……. out of 456 GAHS programs, there are bound to be 5-10 well fed physical specimens matching ole Jackson that are incline to put in the work to become DGD's!

Re: Trekking The Way in Spain (Camino de Santiago)
Day 7 done ✅ about 16 kilometers mostly downhill to the sea at Villanova de Arousa. Took about 5 hours and 21,000 steps. It was cool to reach the sea and walk along the shoreline for the last kilometer into town. Feeling good. Still no blisters, only one black toenail.
Tomorrow we take a boat across the bay and upriver to the town of Padron where the walking route continues. We will reach Santiago on the morning of May 17.
My wife is trekking with a women’s group on the Camino Frances and has battled rain, hail, snow and wind. Finally the weather cleared a bit yesterday afternoon and she is resting today. She plans to arrive May 18.

Re: What recent history tells us about how well Georgia football recruits 5-star prospects
Say what you want, it's not about what team turns out the most players or how well they develop players. It's about the money they can earn in college! Agents for high school kids, who would have ever thought!
