Re: Braves 2025
Holy crap…. what in the HE double hockey sticks was THAT???? This is rock bottom for the team so far this season. Up by 6, at home, going into the 9th and trying to not get swept. Give up 7 in the 9th and lose the game. This is borderline unforgivable. Definitely inexcusable. I love my Braves, but, OUCH!

Re: Braves 2025
What in the world is Iglesias' story? It's like BP whenever he goes out there. I fear he is toast.
Re: Braves 2025
Braves lead 10-4 going into 9th and manage to lose again.
Who can cast off the demons?

Re: Braves 2025
Maybe Freddy G. Brought them some mojo today at 3rd base coach. EVERY hitter had at least one hit and the long ball produced some runs. Aptly timed, as Grant Holmes had a bit of an off day as the starter. Baseball is such a strange game. A perfect example of the adage (if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans".
Re: Braves 2025
And to top it off, Harris got picked off first and thrown out at second. Sit him Snit!!
Re: Braves 2025
Yeah, but I'm about to do something I seldom do - harp on Snit. Why doesn't he bench/rest Michael "money" Harris - at least give him a day or two off. He is currently clueless at the plate. Almost .200 points below the league average in OPS. Let Eli White play center for a game or two. The worst that could happen is that we'd lose, which we doing in spades anyway. The best that could happen is that he would wake up and play to his sizable potential.
