@BigDawg61 a big part of the problem is the sec sold its soul to espn. So we are stuck with them. I much prefer fox/cbs deal that the big ten got but oh well. I just mute the tv

12 best teams determined by a metric which considers strength of schedule…..1 v 12, 2 v 11 and so on. There would be 3 play offs with the last play off #2 v #3 and #1 getting a buy….Championship #1 v winner of 2 & 3.

CKS is not one of those guys who run it up on another team. I expect to see a lot of young Pups get some game time experience once Dawgs have control of the game. If the backups score, he'll let em run!

The focus will be on the running game…vis-sa-vie, O-Line technique/dominance but expect to see long shots by Gunner. Likewise, the focus on defense will be holding The Herd under 100 yards of offense. 10 points is very generous….I believe it will be under 7 and our offense over 42. Hopefully, Pugs will get second half "clean up" duty and leaving snaps for Montgomery or Millender…..maybe Ginn.

The dawgs were pretty terrible on offense. 100 something rushing, horrible O line play, QB hurt and gone, and probably the worst wide receivers in the nation. They took a huge step back last year - and supposedly not all the fault of the coaches with injury's and such. This really shouldn't surprise anyone. But, Kirby brought in a new O Line guy to help. He added lots of Wide receiver talent. And we have a QB that really wants to win. It looks very hopeful. But make no mistake, if they don't drastically improve, the wailing and gnashing of teeth will get out of control.
