Re: Former Georgia tight end cleared to return to football, plans to enter the transfer portal
another non-sensical NCAA rule. In a case like this, why would he be prohibited to the team he played. Pretty obvious there was no manipulation of medical disqualification rules to get under roster size limitations. Having said that, our tight end room is pretty full, so probably in his best interest to transfer rather than having to get an attorney to sue NCAA.
Re: Gunner Stocktonâs play against winning teams measures up to Heisman finalists
And when Gunner helps his Brother Dawgs bring home that National Championship Trophy it will mean Far more to Him, Them, Kirby, and Us than the Heisman !!
Numerous times when we really, really, badly needed a first down Gunner came through. And Much of that at the expense of his body being absolutely brutalized. I’ve cringed so many times at some of the hits this young man took !! On many I thought to myself well there goes Gunner’s season, but Nope he just quickly pops back up from the ground.
One of the many reasons his Brother Dawgs love him so much !! They look at him and say Hey if HE’s willing to give it All then I’m willing to give it All. Gunner is The Man I’d want by me in combat I don’t know any higher praise to offer.

I was very impressed and proud of Tolliver. He rose to the challenge with a very solid performance !! Go Dawgs !!

Re: Georgia football winners and losers after Bulldogs beat Alabama, earn College Football Playoff bye
IMO Notre Dame should be in and the inbreds out if for nothing else losing so badly to that sorry FSU team. The Irish would whip Bama on the field today if they played.
Re: Georgia pleased with Malachi Toliver performance at center: âHe was awesomeâ
I admit I was wrong about Tolliver. I honestly thought that big Alabama Nose Tackle would beat him like a drum… It didn't happen. I'd say Tolliver won 60 plus percent of the battles. This reminded me of another battle that occurred in 1982 between a new starting Georgia Center and a big name Nose Tackle from Clemson. That would be Wayne Radloff vs. William "The Refrigerator" Perry… Radloff held his own against the "Fridge" and the Dawgs came out on top 13-7… And, that was with Herschel out with a broke thumb…
Re: Mike Bobo named a finalist for Broyles Award as the nationâs top assisstant coach
He certainly deserves to be a finalist.
Re: Gunner Stocktonâs play against winning teams measures up to Heisman finalists
As deserving as Pavia's stats might be for the Heisman, I would prefer that his school NOT have that honor this season considering the "unnamed individual" headed there to play QB in 2026 - let's consign him to anonymity from this day forward
Re: Mike Bobo named a finalist for Broyles Award as the nationâs top assisstant coach
Thanks, Connor, for sharing this moment with DawgNation!
So well-deserved for Coach Bobo and I am so very happy for him….despite the sometimes harsh criticism that he has received from some Dawg fans, he has been touted all year by the national talking heads (at least since the tennersee game) for his play calling and development of his offense, through Gunner, through the many faces of the O-line, the development of our schemes etc. This Georgia offense has persevered and only gotten better as the season went along…..most proud of the Ole Miss and texas games and the offensive output of those games!
In the SECCG, he was practically gushed over by Herbstreit and company!
Glad for him to get this recognition even though the company he shares in that group is quite amazing!
Good Luck to him and Go Dawgs!

Re: Former Georgia tight end cleared to return to football, plans to enter the transfer portal
Wishing nothing but the best for Spurlin. In my opinion he should go to a smaller school for the first year. When he returns, he will not be the player he was in his last game. If his goal is to play for a bigger school, he could transfer after his first year.
