Re: Ole Miss loss showcases glaring weaknesses in Smart’s 2024 Dawgs
The OFF COORD is abysmal. Its obvious when you see the issues they had last year and this year. The run game wasn't great last year and is abysmal this year. BOBO clearly doesn't know how to use FULL-BACKS and his quality receiving routes and TD use have vanished. BOBO and the OFF can't open holes for RBs so maybe they need to bake in some plays using a FULL-BACK. Does he even know how to do that?
Re: Ole Miss loss showcases glaring weaknesses in Smart’s 2024 Dawgs
Kirby admitting they were outcoached has been very obvious this whole year. Receivers running wrong routes and dropping passes, DB's with absolutely no ball awareness, and the offensive line with no push and resembling a screen door against the pass rush. Throw in poor tackling and pregame preparations non-existent or outright non-effective.
These are not because of lack of talent or injuries. All teams are dealing with injuries this time of year. We've seen backup QB succeed against the Dawgs. Position coaching has been horrendous this year and I suspect Kirby will have to determine if he has given them too much leeway in decision making or micromanaging too much on his end .
Re: Final grades from Georgia’s 28-10 loss to Ole Miss
Why no grades for the coaching staff? Looks like an intentional oversight?
This was the worst game I can remember seeing Georgia play since the Nick State game, and we won that one.
I think some of your grades are a bit generous. We got our butts beat. That's on both the players and the coache.
Go, Dawgs!
