Re: Bulldog fans expectations 2025
BINGO, tnt3ball…..it's all about leadership and weekly focus…..one win at a time….allow me to allay your concern….not only do The Dawgs have a George Patton field general as QB in Gunner, both offense and defense have their Eisenhowers and McArthurs…..O-Line, Greene, Hughley, Bobo plus Depth, Delp, Luckie, Thomas and WR room, Frazier and McCray at RB, and the D-Line Miller, Hall, McLeod, Harris, Modozie and watch out for Griffin, DB Bolden, Everette, OLB G Harris, Modozie, ILB R Wilson…..I also predict there will be other Freshmen to step up beside Griffin….when you've got leadership and focus then add 4 & 5 star talent 2-3 deep……I'll be the first to say, The Dawgs will be undefeated in the regular season, take the SECC then win another Natty.

Re: Bulldog fans expectations 2025
Great article Bill. Texas and Bama will be tough to win and they both match up with us pretty well in talent. There is another one that bothers me as much as these two—The North Avenue Trade School. Brent Key has one mission that stands out above the others—beating UGA. This will be their bowl game—we need to be ready.
Re: New details emerge following the arrest of Georgia OL Jahzare Jackson
Dash cams have saved a multitude of people over the last few years from the lies of the Law Enforcement. Don't believe me, then just go to Youtube and you can see literally hundreds of videos of Police jamming people up.As an older conservative white male , I used to be a huge supported of LEO but I have come to realize that many(not all) are just a bunch of narcissitic ego maniacs. They lie for a living on a daily basis. "I smell weed", "I smell alcohol", "you can't film me talking to you", "they don't have to have a reasonable articulable suspicion to make you identy yourself" when you haven't commited a crime and on and on it goes. Theyare suppsoed to serve and protect and yet they so often do just the opposite and it goes unchecked within the gang.
Re: The 10 Georgia football players weâll be talking about the most during fall camp

Re: The 10 Georgia football players weâll be talking about the most during fall camp
"It remains to be seen if Thorson will be fully healthy to open the season. Despite the injury, Thorson was still viewed as the top punter in the league."….I expect Drew Miller to handle the punting duties week 1 & 2…..but the Leadership role for Brett has never been larger……The THUNDER From Down Under will lead from the locker room to the side lines until he returns to the field of play…..hopefully, against The Vols….."I pity the poor fool that attempts a punt return and luckily slips past the first defenders"!

Re: Bulldog fans expectations 2025
CKS mentioned this is one of his youngest teams in recent history. That concerns me. Maybe I am alone in this, but I’m not worried about the offense. Receivers, running backs, and offense line will all be better this year making us more balanced. If they let Gunner run some we could be dangerous. Defense worries me at DLine - I think we have a few solid Players, but can everyone stay healthy? Not a lot of depth at outside linebacker or edge either; can they stay healthy? I’m not worried about the secondary, But if we are struggling on the line and the edge, any quarterback with time and with good receivers can beat a good secondary. You can’t guard someone forever. I could easily see us going 11-1 or better with health but 9-3 if we lose a few key players for part or all of the season.
Re: Bulldog fans expectations 2025
I think our defense could be really good. DL is a little bit of a concern, but if some new starters step up, we could be outstanding. LB corp is deep. As many have said the OL is a concern. We will see how much they have improved in the off season. Gunner will need time to throw and needs to make good reads/decisions. He has to see the whole field. I don't think he did this in his limited playing time last year. He has really good running ability and I'm sure he will use it. I think he could be that gritty, scrappy, fighter, quiet leader, winner that we all think he is. He has a lot of weapons around him and I think we have the receivers this year to challenge defenses. The TE room is absolutely loaded. Play calling could really cross up defenses, and present match up problems. Patience will be a key for Gunner, short 5,6,7 yard passes and let our athletes get the additional yardage. Adding in a few deep shots along the way wouldn't hurt either. Sounds simple doesn't it. haha
Re: Braves 2025
Another lousy start by Elder with 4 lousy hits from the offense. WTH? At least, two of those hits came from Harris, who continues his run to stay on the major league team. He's up to .228 now and his OPS is at .618, up from the mid .500's. Hope he can remember what's he's doing differently now, when next season rolls around.
Re: Bulldog fans expectations 2025
As I stated under another post, our season will be somewhwere between 8-4 and undefeated. I lean toward 10-2 but my feelings won't be hurt one bit if we do better!
