Re: Georgia moves up in ESPNâs âWay-Too-Earlyâ Top 25 spring rankings
oh my goodness that is amazing, we moved UP in the rankings without even having played a single game…I bet if we continue to move up without playing a game we’ll be a lock for another natty…

Re: Former NFL great harshly criticizes UGA offense
This is the same team player who sucker punches his own teammates. In 2008, Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. broke teammate Ken Lucas's nose with a sucker punch during training camp while Lucas was crouched down on one knee. Early in his career, Smith was charged with misdemeanor assault after attacking teammate Anthony Bright during a film session, breaking his nose.

Re: College Football Playoff odds show SEC losing its grip
Personally, you can argue about this SEC conference strength all day, but the fact of the matter is the B1G has won the last (3) National Championships decisively. You can't whine about injuries and key players out when we lose a lot of guys to hard practices - not games. Every team has injuries. Sure, the SEC might be a stronger conference overall, but they are not proving it on the field and in the playoffs. Heck, the SEC performed lousy in non-CFP bowl games too. Sankey had no choice but to move to (9) conference games in order to have a place of negotiation. We're going to 16 or 24 teams in the playoffs, that's for certain. And the SECCG is probably going away.
Lane is wasting his breath. Win the games and stop your complaining. The results speak for themselves.

At this time of the year, I much prefer the abject dousing of hope rendered by the likes of Steve Smith, the former Carolina great.
