Re: 3 takeaways from Georgiaâs 45-7 win over Marshall: Offensive questions linger
He got to use #11 and #9 for the explosive plays on offense. #86 and #4 has not made progress. They have top their abilities. #20 has the James Cook role. You got to use those weapons on offense. Plus put #12 in for the passing game. He has so much passing potential than #14. Just wait against team like Alabama, Texas, Tennessee and Florida. You got to use the best player . They might be Freshman but they got that it!!! Factor
Re: 3 takeaways from Georgiaâs 45-7 win over Marshall: Offensive questions linger
"Yet, Georgia was forced to punt on three of its first six offensive possessions.", and had to convert 4th downs on the other 3 possessions! That was very concerning.
Re: Social media sounds off on Georgia football win, SEC standings and Carson Beck debut in Week 1
Yes. This was not the same ND team that we played at all…

Lose..

Re: Georgia wants to be âsmartâ with how it uses Gunner Stockton in rushing offense
hope the coaches and Mr Stockton understand that QB runs are not a substitute for waiting for passing plays to develop and pregression checkdowns…

You just can’t get over how Gunner stole your GF Lol !! Dollar General has crying towels fairly cheap. Get you a bunch !! 🤣

Re: 3 takeaways from Georgiaâs 45-7 win over Marshall: Offensive questions linger
Unless Mike Bobo gives Stockton and Puglisi total control over play calls they have to go with what ever play is called in. I don’t think Either QB got many if any Opportunities to throw deep passes. The Offense was mainly run game and short passes for a reason.
That reason being in Knoxville in a couple of weeks. No the Offense wasn’t jaw dropping spectacular, but it was by and large effective. And we’ve All seen much slower starts verses similar level of skill. We’ve in recent years seen only maybe a FG in the first qtr. In this game they put up 14 pts. which isn’t mind blowing but effective.
Dawgs had a shutout going until KS subbed some players on the D. But that was a needed thing, those guys Need as much playing time as they can get.
This game and the next one tells us very little about the real potential good or bad about these Dawgs.
The worse thing to me was the O Line injuries. I hope Both are not bad and they can get back quickly. It’s a solid W and I’ll take it.

Re: 3 takeaways from Georgiaâs 45-7 win over Marshall: Offensive questions linger
I agree with all of Mike’s assessments from game 1. Losing Gaston for any length of time is a problem. I would start Jah Jackson at RT and bench EG, or move him to OG. I would also say that our RBs missed some holes and cut it inside when there was room to bounce it outside
Re: Social media sounds off on Georgia football win, SEC standings and Carson Beck debut in Week 1
At one point in the Miami-ND game, the snap to Beck was high and his pass to his WR ended up being low. He turned to his WR and made a motion indicating the snap was high. In other words, blaming a teammate. That kind of thing isn't going to sit well with his teammates for long, especially when they lose a few games. UGA's problems last year certainly weren't all Beck's fault. That doesn't mean he was a well-liked teammate, though.
Re: Social media sounds off on Georgia football win, SEC standings and Carson Beck debut in Week 1
OK so if Gunner is as horrible as You make him out to be how did he help the Dawgs win the SECCG ? I have nothing at all against Beck but if you’ll recall he was struggling mightily in that game. The Offense vs Marshall was extremely vanilla By Design. It was run, run, run. Still he put up 2 passing TDs and 190 yds. and No INTs. Until I see our Dawgs lose or struggle terribly on Offense and it’s Clearly Gunner’s fault I don’t see any reason Not to be optimistic.
