Re: ESPN analyst says Georgia passing offense could be âeven less threateningâ in 2026
I don't know this guy, but the wide receiver room remains my biggest concern. A lot of people want to blame Bobo, and some even blame Stockton. And those two certainly have some accountability for the lack of explosiveness. But if you watch UGA games closely, especially when we play top-tier opponents, you'll notice that our receivers don't do a good job of getting open. They just sort of run down the field and turn around (or not) and see if something is there. Stockton caught flak last year for holding the ball too long, which at times he did, but in all honesty, he held it a lot of times because players simply weren't getting open. We were excited about Branch last year, but his best play was being elusive enough to turn a 5-yard-catch into a 30-yard gain. But I hope we find the guy who can get open 30-40 yards downfield and make a play. Time will tell. Go Dawgs!
Re: Braves 2026
Those amazing Mets, had a 3 run lead at one point and managed to keep the losing streak intact.

Branes going down tonight. Cant win em all.
At least the Mets didnt disappoint. That is 12 in a row the longest losing streak for them in 24 years. Heads are gonna roll there soon if not tonight.

Guy led the NL in saves last year. Probably better than Iglesias.
That being said we don't need to lose an experienced high leverage inning guy like him for long.

Re: Georgia tips its hand with how it wants to use star freshman Kaiden Prothro in 2026
Prothro will be a Beast for UGA. And I believe early on at that. I might misspell this next guy’s name so please forgive me. But the true freshman Folger ? Had one play in particular where he went up between two defenders and just high pointed the ball perfectly. For me it was one of those Ooh Aah moments !!
RB Dowdel looks really good !!
On the other side of the ball Tyrique Green is gonna be a star player some day and I think Sooner than later.
I was very impressed with Millender and Beaver !!
It being G Day I’m trying hard to temper my emotions but For Me I see Tons of potential for this Dawgs team !! I Believe the Dawgs Defense are gonna be down right Nasty !! I want them to strike fear in the hearts of opponents like Dawgs Defenses in the best times of the past !! Let the spirit of Erk Russell live among them !! Go Dawgs !!

Re: Zachariah Branch arrested in Athens following G-Day on misdemeanor charges
Lolol....don't worry about it, @navydawg ....if you get a "Down Vote" speaking truth & common sense. It just shows, you made contact with a brain cell or two.
I say, it's a Peaceful Protest, under Civil Disobience Rules of Engagement. Rosa Parks is famous for it.
I want to see the sign that says you can't stand in one spot. AND....for how many minutes, before you're in violation of "standing/not moving" in the right direction....far enough".
If I was a UGA Student....I'd already be calling for a "Stand-In" in the same location he was arrested...and, detained, no less. Post haste.
Hell....why "arrest him" when they charged him $39 for that spot....Lmao. He should've gotten to use that square space as long he wanted, if they were going to charge him a "parking fee" for doing it.
Lol....maybe, that's It....Do they have "Standing Meters" in Athens, now?
Re: ESPN analyst says Georgia passing offense could be âeven less threateningâ in 2026
Yeh it was an interesting moment in the game Saturday where Phillips(Peanut) actually scored according to Brooks Austin who was standing there in the endzone right in front of the play and of course they weren't going to challenge it and they just lined up and had him run the same dive play again and he definitely scored!
Austin believes they are just trying to toughen Peanut up a bit. I surmise so that when he's in there it's not a given he's going to have to take it outside the tackle. THe plays I saw he was running like he was on a mission, breaking a couple of tackles! He's too fast not to use .
Re: ESPN analyst says Georgia passing offense could be âeven less threateningâ in 2026
I don’t worry about the offense, we have the great Mike Bobo in charge! He’ll have the most creative screen plays, QB runs, and RB dives up the middle in the country. No reason at all this team can’t put up at least 18 points a game with Big Mike in charge!
