Re: Tennessee looks forward to Georgia after record-setting offensive outburst
Aguilar has looked a lot better than Nico ever did...might be the most talented new QB we will face until November.
Our defense will be tested, but they are the least of my worries. Georgia will go conservative on offense and try and grind out the clock, play keep away with Aguilar, and look like a team trying not to lose...instead of a team attacking, being aggressive, and proving they can win.
Gosh, I hope I'm wrong...
Re: Georgia football final grades following win over Austin Peay
Conor, you should switch the TE and OL grades. The TEs can’t help it if they aren’t targeted more than they were. The OL, however, deserves a big fat F because they can’t push smaller defenders off the ball to get one stinking yard, especially at the goal line. Bad memories of SC game years ago when we had the best RB in the country, Todd Gurley, and OC Bobo decided to get cute at the goal line which eventually cost us the game that day. Thankfully it didn’t yesterday.
Re: Second-quarter struggles illustrate issues with Georgia football offense
“That many chances we should always score," Smart said. “So, that wasn’t what we wanted, but just got to learn from it and get better.”
And yet here we are again, 3+ years removed from Todd Monken and Matt Luke…for crimmeny sake Kirby, you’d think We would have learned by now…

Re: Tennessee looks forward to Georgia after record-setting offensive outburst
no excuses
This next weekend will be a true test of what this team is made of. We had our struggles in these cupcake games before and won a natty. Now is the oline’s and Bobo’s chance to let the dawg out of the cage ( if indeed that’s what’s been happening with these lackluster performances).
I don’t feel this one will be a close one either way.
