Wish I could upvote this about a dozen times! 🤠🤣👍
Re: Georgia stock report: Kirby Smart confident in Bulldogs, even as improvements needed
This stuff is about to get real. This time next week most fans will be either breathing a sigh of relief and climbing down off the ledge or our worst fear will be confirmed. Cab't sack the Qb and the O-line can't block for squat.
Still can't believe were the favorite. Have they not watched us?
Re: AP Poll Top 25 rankings for Week 3: Georgia set for top XX matchup against Tennessee
Let me remind you, Navy....no plays were called that really helped the offensive line out. If the field was properly dispersed by throwing "downfield" or running an occasional reverse....the offensive line would've fought a fair fight. And easily won.
But as it is....UGA got better last weekend. Tenn, FSU, Bama and all those other dudes that danced around "50 plus points", beating their chest in some kind of war dance for killing a squirrel....did NOT get better....imo.
Those other teams squandered an opportunity to train and cross-train....that Kirby never let's get by, without working on the trenches and short game. Just sayin'....this ain't our first go-round.
The last 2 Saturdays, just looked rough....cause that's how Kirby develops his teams. Thought you guys knew that. It's his M.O..
Go Dawgs!!!....Go Navy!!!
Re: AP Poll Top 25 rankings for Week 3: Georgia set for top XX matchup against Tennessee
Oh yeah...and, those other "Goliath" teams?.…the ones that lit up the scoreboard against "The David's"?....Watch what those teams do, the next time they face a Power 4 Team.
Re: AP Poll Top 25 rankings for Week 3: Georgia set for top XX matchup against Tennessee
win out and let the rankings handle themselves.

Re: Georgia opens as favorite over Tennessee, eye-opening SEC Week 3 betting lines
Lol..."we're" assuming it's Bobo, that let us down. Whenever...
I know for a fact, it was Mark Richt that didn't call a TO before the final play of 2012 and, cost em a Championship(?). However...Bobo had one of the best and most efficient offenses in CFB at the time.
And, it was Richt that wanted to kick a squib kick against Tech...that got em beat. I just can't think of anything Bobo did wrong.....that I KNOW he did wrong...that cost em more than a few points.
While he is accused of conservative play-calling...
Imo....His play-calling always matches his personnel and the situation. Unless, there's a personnel shortage....as there was, last year. Then.…you just do the best you can to match everybody up, right....and, roll the dice, when the opportunity presents itself.
But.…you don't roll the dice down the field in desperation, if you don't HAVE TO. You bide your time and allow your great Defense to do it's job....provided they aren't shorthanded, as well.
Lol...last year was a one-off, imo....in that there wasn't a position group that wasn't negatively impacted by the injury bug.
That isn't the planning or execution that a Coordinator...or, head coach desires...but, sometimes it's necessary. When you have a Defense like UGA's....it's RARELY necessary to "open up the offense". Sometimes...that's how you lose…as well as win.
Imo....It's a gamble that Kirby and Bobo don't NEED to take...till, maybe the CFP.
Go Dawgs!!!
Re: Georgia opens as favorite over Tennessee, eye-opening SEC Week 3 betting lines
Lol....don't worry @osmosiphobe ....my Brother is always wrong about the Tennessee game, too.
UGA is gonna lay down the law, Saturday. He is gonna turn the heads of some of Tennessee's prospective recruits sitting in the stands.
Imo...The mission in Knoxville is about more than just getting a win on the field. It's gonna be about getting a win in recruiting.
All eyes will be watching....and Kirby knows it. Whatever the Dawgs are....and aspire to be....will be displayed, come Saturday....imo.
After Saturday....then, we talk. Lol
Re: Georgia opens as favorite over Tennessee, eye-opening SEC Week 3 betting lines
On the one hand we have Kirby who calls off the dogs when the score is outrageous—on the other hand you have Josh Heupel who is still slinging it in the fourth quarter when the Vols are up 42-7. He loves to score as many as he can so they can look impressive—-Little Man Syndrome?
Re: Georgia football final grades following win over Austin Peay
Offensive line coach needs to be fired, Donnell Jones needs to be replaced by Kelly. You can't play Jones against Tennessee or Joel #8. They are not good cover guys. #5, #7,#1 ,#24 has tobe the cornerbacks on Saturday plus #2 or #14 in the slot defensive back and replaced of #8.
