Houston/fla basketball game was atrocious
I watched that dumb NC basketball game last night and couldn't believe what I was seeing. I have never seen so many turnovers, 3-point bricks, and missed layups in a game before. And it wasn't because of great defense, it was just sloppy basketball. Run down the court, pass it once or twice, throw up an off-balanced 3-pointer with 15 seconds on the shot clock, run back to defend as the shot bounces off the rim. Terrible.
I admit I haven't watched basketball in a long time, but I was shocked at how bad both teams looked. Just terrible fundamentals, no ball control, everyone wants to make the 3-pointer.

Re: Georgia guard Savo DrezgiÄÂ enters transfer portal
Bigger news is Blue & Dylan James are officially back. If we can keep Abson & Somto then this has a chance to be a good team. Wilkinson is a great add. Must add a PG & some shooters.
Re: On the Beat: Why Gunner Stockton makes top 8 of Way-too-early QB ranking list
I would put Diego over Nico by a long shot. I'd also drop Manning several spots until he proves his worth in a few games. Experience trumps talent in my book, and that's why Lagway, Sellers, and Nussmeier should be the Top 3.
Re: On the Beat: Why Gunner Stockton makes top 8 of Way-too-early QB ranking list
This season will come down to the offensive line and schemes. Gunner can do his part. He didn't miss Bell in the Notre Dame game - he hit him in stride. Not worried about the QB. O Line - very worried. Schemes - especially running schemes - very worried. Kirby plays a numbers game - Hold the other team to 25 pts or less, score more than 25 pts. Control the line of scrimmage. I feel like the D Line will hold up. I don't have the same feeling with our O line. They are young, not very strong, and they lack the 5 star talent. Add to that vanilla run schemes, lots of side to side action, and I'm not as hopeful as previous years.
Re: Just curious...
it’s tough when someone can come in at the 11th hour with a godfather offer so often now

Re: Kirby Smart provides encouraging update on what G-Day format will look like
Good grief. That may be the longest injury list I've ever seen for the Spring…
Re: Kirby Smart provides encouraging update on what G-Day format will look like
Too bad the greatest number of Dawg fans will not get to see them until August!
