Re: By day 3, 1,250 have entered the basketball transfer portal
Andy was a friend. He played for the Dawgs in the 70s. After games alum would grease him a 50 or 100 bill. Not a million bill. No comparison to current day.
Re: Column: Georgia QB play shaky at G-Day, a question mark if Dawgs look to repeat in SEC
Another slow start to the offense. Seems familiar.
Re: Braves 2025
Most of the starters had at least two hits. The bats may be warming up a bit. Bullpen was a little shaky. Spencer back soon and Ronald not far behind. Got a feeling things are picking up.

sun (now) it will be HS kids getting NIL and, then…what, Pop Warner? What's next ? A HS qb leaving his team for another and a better offer. They already do the "leaving" simply to be on a better team - one that gets them more exposure. Simple step to do it to get more money.
Re: G Day QB battle new faces few answers
"Knock down or break up 16 passes", DL. Whoa! Never seen or heard of that before in a game. Helps to explain the low completion % by the QB's (Puglisi 47%) . OL needs some coaching. DL puts their hands up (stand up lose leverage) you drill them in the chest and put them on their back.
"First G Day game not televised in 20 years". Thanks, UGA. Oh and thanks for the ticket price increase this year.
"Which player on the team has the best hair". That's some real hard hitting radio analysis right there. How out of tune is the Bulldogs Radio Network? Know your audience. The only people tuning in a non-televised spring game are die hard fans who want to hear how big and quick Bo Walker is not who has the best hair. Casual fans are not tuning in a non-televised spring game.

It's not a playoff game. It's just another practice, albeit a formal one. The media loves to read the tea-leaves from this very small sample. I'll wait until a few games into the season.
