“Junipero” is my favorite. Odorless and smooth.

In the 2nd grade, at Sherwood Elementary, in Phenix City, I got sent to

the office a lot. I got ahold of the school intercom one day and got through the first verse of “Dr.Love” before they stopped me.

I don't care for gin. At all. End of story.

If I want clear likker, I prefer the home-made kind. I once had a friend here in Thomas County that made some of the best moonshine I ever tasted. It had an aftertaste like candy corn. He had learned to proof it down, and he kept it at about 120-proof.

Then he went and married a very religious woman who talked him into smashing his still and to stop selling illegal likker.....**** shame. Especially considering that he never sold any to me....he always gave it to me for birthdays, Christmas, etc.

Love me a Tom Collins. The only time I can drink hard alcohol is if it’s sweet. Tom Collins hits the spot.

For something a bit different I also like a 'Vesper' Martini made famous in the James Bond movie 'Casino Royale'.
