The one non-disciplinary transfer that might have contributed significantly this year was Luke Ford. I think everyone appreciates the reason he left and most supported his effort to gain immediate eligibility. Of course the NCAA, in its infinite stupidity, chose not to recognize that their inconsistently applied waiver rules should be set aside for immediate reconfiguration, and punished the young man for making a choice many, if not most, of us would desire to make without repercussions. I'm just grateful that he still had a redshirt year to burn so he can still play four years. Go Dawgs!

    Dawgpoop,

I still think we would be a top 3 team. I saw the other day where Bama lost a 5-star from the same class. We don’t pay attention to the attrition at other schools so it’s hard to determine. Also, our best player in the class may wind up being a marginal 3-star named Jordan Davis. Stay tuned

When a non "team first" attitude leaves the team, I don't consider that a loss. We gain from not having the discord that Cox has exhibited in public "shoving matches" with teammates. I think that where he went probably is the right place for him.
