Georgia football fans crave a national championship, and this season might be the year their wait comes to an end. However, the first step toward making that happen is for UGA coach Kirby Smart to lead the Bulldogs to a third-straight SEC East title. It’s time to let our helmets determine who use going to challenge for the sec east!

    go dawgs!

ps. Please don’t let Vandy game be Texas 2.0!!!

Miami looked to be Vandy's equal except that Vandy is better coached. If our game with the Dores is within four points, then I will be concerned about the Gators. As it is now, I'm wondering what east team is not chomping at the bit to get their chance to squash a lizard. Even Vandy!

As a Georgia fan who watched the last three decades v florida, I have seen us leave JX with a loss plenty of times even though we had the better team. The gap in college football is never as big as you think, and you only get one shot at your rivals each year, its one of the things tat makes college ball the best sport to be a fan of. Lets hope the players aren't hearing the hype and the coaches have them ready every week, no matter how the opponent looks. That said, I hope we hang a half a hundred on them this year!

Was it my imagination or did Franks set a record for obnoxious behavior last night? Even the announcers alluded to his cockiness. We need to straighten his butt out in Jacksonville. Go Dawgs!!!

I watched the game last night and both teams were horrible. You could possibly contribute some of it to first game nerves. But I agree, the Gators were as obnoxious as usual and when the game was over they ran around the field like they had just won the National Championship. I can't wait for Jacksonville. Go Dawgs!!

We were better than Alabama or Texas last year but we still lost. Hopefully this won’t happen against the gators but it could if we go into the game complacent and patting ourselves on the back for being so good.

Being honest I am more worried about SC / Mizzu / KY than I am FL or TN

Those 3 teams and Vandy (who is just very undertalented) play scrappy football and hustle and all 3 will be sky high to play UGA and if we come in like zombies the way we did against Texas then the outcome could end up the same
