Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

It's amazing how far Kirby has brought us in just three short years! Year one he had to bring in Tyler Catalina from Rhode Island of all places to play left tackle. This is not a knock on Tyler who came in and gave UGA his very best effort playing out of position from guard to LT moving from FCS to the SEC! But, in three years we have come from that scenario to having the deepest and best OL in the country. And like Conner said, it's not just the OL; it's all over the field!
thank goodness we have quality depth now. In previous years (and administrations), losing 2 starters would have been deadly to the team. UGA is more like Bama now where we should be able to plug and play without the level of talent dropping.
So who becomes the 7th OL with I Wilson out? I really want to see our OL step up their performance, and earn some fruit cookies this week.
I would even say UGA has came from needing OL transfer's, to becoming O-line U in three short years. Amazing!
That's the Kirby effect...
Hopefully Isaiah is back for the ND game. But it doesn’t sound promising. I really like Kirby’s “active recovery” philosophy with injuries. He doesn’t let guys sit on the bench hurt. You move as much as you can while you are healing.

Iron also causes concussions, breaks bones and blows out knees. Everybody kicking everbody else's ass in practice can work both ways...
