    That ruination of college football California bill is coming too late for Hot Rod. He would be leading the nation in "likeness" sells! If I were his agent, and players will definitely need agents to handle their business...NCAA be damned, I would patent the rec specs and sell UGA 93,000+ facsimiles of them so when Rod trots onto the field for a FG, everyone would be wearing the specs. ESPN would eat it up and it would be a financial bonanza for me...and whatever cut I decided to give Rod.

    Interesting Read but not really a good comparison. Rudy had a much more significant backstory and difficulties even getting into Notre Dame and on the field. Additionally, Rudy never received a scholarship. I do appreciate the article though.
