James Cook deserves more plays. He’s earned it. I know you can’t give the ball to everyone all the time, but two targets is not enough.

James Cook is being completely underutilized. Dude is a mismatch waiting to happen... the amount of carries he has gotten thus far is pathetic and unexcusable. Our "vanilla" offensive scheme has a lot to do with it.... Take some of the load off Swift and Herrien so they will be fresh for the games that matter in November. Give Cook and White some of those carries.

I just am not sold that James Cook is that great. He's fast, but he's not the fastest thing on the field. He always goes down on INITIAL contact and thus far, he hasn't shown that he's all that elusive. I think many Dawg fans envision him as Alvin Kamara II, but he is FAR from that. He doesn't have the power, balance or football savvy of Kamara. Before we go all in on Cook, I'd prefer to see us get Zeus a lot more touches, especially early in the game, and we should design some legitimate pass routes for George Pickens besides having him run downfield and then we throw him a jump ball. Go Dawgs!

I don't understand why there aren't more diverse run plays for this "great" offensive line. Cook is a RB who does not run well in the RPO (inside zone read) scheme. But you know what he would be great at? Toss Sweep, Georgia's bread and butter, which weirdly doesn't get used anymore. Or what about a counter-pull play? If the offensive line is as good as they supposedly are, they should be able to run that. I know Cade Mays could run it because you seem him running down the field
