Long way till signing. They continue to recruit these guys also. Kirby also needs to bring in a sleeper 3 star qb to develop for depth. We are pretty weak at qb

All this sounds good and makes for interesting reading I suppose. However, all I care about is the final score of the game. I don’t even care if it’s a one point win, as long as it knocks the lizards out of contention to play in Atlanta in December. Go Dawgs!

Kirby will fill the remaining recruiting spots but it will be later rather than sooner. The top guys always seem to wait till the end to see how their favorite teams are doing and where their buddies are lineing up to commit as they approach the deadline.

Just the fact that this articles seems so upbeat makes me cringe. I feel like, with the season we've had, it' almost imperative that we win on Saturday to hold the line on some of these. If we lose, then Mullen can go back to them and say, "hey, I know you thought UGA was trending up back when you committed, but you can see for yourself on the field they aren't there. And they probably won't be for a while. Stay home. Play for us and help us go to Atlanta every year)!"

I don't know if that approach would work on all of them, but it might work on 1 or 2. And really, that's all they need to turn the tide. Go Dawgs!
