ATHENS — Georgia football has opened as a 14 1/2-point favorite over Missouri, an indication the oddsmakers are taking into account the Tigers’ bye week. The No. 6-ranked Bulldogs (7-1, 4-1 SEC) dropped a 20-17 overtime decision to South Carolina the last time UGA faced a team coming off a bye week a Sanford Stadium

If Mizzou doesn't do a better job of preparing than Mullen, 14 1/2 will be an easy cover.

Those that question how Kirby wins games and puts the Dawgs in position to compete for championships will be questioning for the next 20 or so years.

Just for clarification, Kirby, we never "doubted" Jake Fromm or this team; we doubted you and your coaching staff. That has not changed.

I find it funny how Kirby wants to put the blame on the fans from voicing their frustrations when in REALITY they were frustrated with the piss poor coaching decisions and the inability to utilize the talent that's on the field. You just can't step on the field with the "G" on your chest and expect teams to just bow down. You have to put these players in position to win and not to LOSE. Hell, my late grandmother could run better offensive plays than what I've witnessed the past couple of weeks. If Fromm is such a great quarterback as you say, then let him show us that. Otherwise, don't be defensive when you showcase this vanilla offense on the field and the fans rip you about it. Kicking field goals because you have a great kicker isn't going to continue to bail you out in these games i.e. South Carolina.

We will dominate Mizzou. 1. Its a night game at home. 2. Kelly Bryant stinks at passing the ball. 3. Nobody runs on us, and since they can't pass well at all their offense will really struggle to move the ball and score on us.

CKS surely has a hill yet to climb to get back totally in the good graces of his fans. He said Coley called the plays in the Florida game!? I think a lot had to do with Fromm's ability to read the defense and his throwing arm seemed pretty much spot on. Herrien's catch was an exception. Mizzou is a scrappy team but as some commentors have noticed, their lack is at QB. UGA should be able to box the offense and contain the run.

We cannot overlook Mizzou. They crushed South Carolina but did lose to Vandy.

Focus on one game at a time and eye the ultimate prize...GO DAWGS!!
