Gotta love Kirby, he doesn’t pull any punches. Occurs to me that he does know what people are saying about the offense more than he is letting on: “We have a lot that we need to improve on and some of the things they’re saying, they’re dead on.”
How does he know what people are saying if he isn’t paying at least a little attention?. I am glad he is.
He is getting some of the same "encouragement" from his own players as well.
