LSU's Tory Carter ejected for dirty hit on UGA's Walter Grant
LSU’s Tory Carter was ejected from the SEC Championship after being penalized for targeting against UGA’s Walter Grant. The dirty play happened on the opening kickoff of the second half. UGA kicked off, Grant ran down the field, and – at the last second – Carter charged Grant and planted his helmet underneath Grant’s

This **** should get more than a half game suspension for that blatantly cowardly blind side hit that possibly could cause Grant severe problems later in life. His head snapped violently to the side. Ridiculous and very much uncalled for. I’m embarrassed that he’s from Georgia.
Ejected for the season is a more appropriate penalty due to the brutality of that hit. I hope Grant fully recovers. That hit would have likely killed many people.
Why is this just now being reported?
