They released the names of the five victims, and Ms. McCord was the youngest at age 30. If there were grandchildren on the plane then they must have survived by some miracle.
There was a 15 y/o but not any grandchildren of the LSU coach.
FYI....The Lafayette Fire Department identified the other people who were killed as Ian E. Biggs, 51, the plane’s pilot; Robert Vaughn Crisp II, 59; Gretchen D. Vincent, 51; and Michael Walker Vincent, 15. The injured passenger, Stephen Wade Berzas, was in critical condition, said department spokesman Alton Trahan.

You're right. I missed that. So so sad. My heart hurts for those families.
This is a terrible tragedy and all I can say is, we all need to have them in our prayers tonight. Puts a different perspective on things.
