3 keys to a Georgia football win over Baylor in Sugar Bowl
Georgia football coach Kirby Smart wants to ensure the Bulldogs leave New Orleans with a Sugar Bowl win, and that means Jake Fromm taking care of the football

The biggest key in any game is execution.....but it's never going to hold any truer than this game....we will have 15 players on both sides of the ball that haven't started a game. They all have played, at one point in time, but this will be their first start...and it's in a bowl game against number 7 Baylor. I have faith...GO DAWGS!!!
Keys:
1) Have the team actually show up this year (as compared to last year's laying of the egg against the Longhorns). This means whomever starts in place of those 1st stringers who are out will need to execute, stay focused, be hungry and aggressive.
2) As usual, Baylor will try and stuff the run. Therefore, Fromm needs to be able to be accurate and find OPEN receivers. In turn, the receivers need to figure out how to get open.
3) Win the line of scrimmage. If we do that on both sides of the ball then we WILL win.
GO DAWGS!!!
Fromm will be a key factor in this game. He will be the general out there. He controls the tempo and effective execution. WRs? DO NOT drop passes!!! Runners?...run with more abandon. Make plays happen. No third and 6's. Fromm, don't drop back on your heel. Move but don't set on that heel. Do not telegraph the throws. Own the front lines! WIN a bowl for a change!!!
Come Dawgs...you can do this thing!!!!!!
I agree with the other comments, and I'd say the key will be establishing the pass, not the run. If we can't pass effectively Baylor will load the box and have a better chance to shut our run game down. If we predictably run on first down, we will have the same anemic offense that we have all season against stronger opponents.
The deciding factor in this game will be how well the UGA offense can move the ball, period. This will be a low scoring game. If the players standing in for the missing starters have a good game UGA will win. But, that is a huge "IF".
JR Reed bailing is going to leave a hole at safety...IMO Baylor will work on that.
