While it would be a pain could you make a Texdawg YouTube account and upload it there and then share the link?

You could possibly upload to Google Drive (https://drive.google.com/) or DropBox, one of those file sharing sites and just send the link of the video to DawgNation.

Try through Google Drive, it's the easiest option. Or go online and try to turn into one of the aforementioned accepted formats.

Uploading to Youtube and then embedding it into your post seems like the easiest to me. But I'm far from being tech suave.
