A big factor will be what these kids have been doing with themselves the past 10 weeks... what they've been eating, how much they've been working on their own strength and cardiovascular fitness. I've seen plenty of impressive clips here of kids normally already on the positive end of that spectrum, but not so much of the big heavies (on either side of the line of scrimmage), who dictate most wins/losses. That's where discipline and commitment really comes to bear, when nobody's watching... and you like to think the kids you recruited have plenty of it. Reckon we'll see, soon enough. Go Dawgs!

Pray no one gets Covid-19 during this period because it would be a huge setback to trying to have a season.

They are going to play come hell or high water, @tommielee. That's a given. All of this stuff they're doing now is just the preliminaries to make it seem to the public like the health and safety of the players is first and foremost in their minds. A University of Kentucky football player is being treated for coronavirus right now. Of course, you haven't seen or heard much about it because they don't want to set off a panic and they're hoping his case is mild. But if it isn't, then what? They will still play. So rest easy, football will be played this season if they have to get a bunch of robots out there with jerseys on. As usual, money runs the show.
