this hurts. we were a 'small' team last year and we have gotten smaller. We need some big guys to do some battle down low.

Mr. Peake, as a UGA fan, I want to wish you well in the future, and also to thank you for your contributions to our team. As with the football team, players who aren't regular "starters" don't get much recognition, but are extremely important to the team just for their participation in practice. The more you challenge your teammates in practice, the better the team becomes. The effort you expend in practice results in everyone being better in games. Thank you so much for that effort both at practice and when you were in games. I know you are making decisions that you feel are best for your future, and I wish you the greatest success in your future.

ftworthdawg is spot on. Tom, think BIG! at least BIGGER! You have 6'6" at center!!!!!!!! Many HS teams have at least one 7 footer!!! Take the leap, recruit a good 7 footer....try it. Otherwise the glass is always half empty for UGA basketball.
