- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Countering ESPN's Georgia take that 'No national titles since 1980 is embarrassing'
ATHENS — Georgia’s status as a “Tier One” coaching job in football, per ESPN, should come as no surprise with the success the Bulldogs have enjoyed under Kirby Smart. On the field Georgia has made three straight SEC Championship Game appearances, a feat not accomplished in the East Division since Steve Spurrier

It often feels as though ESPN has an axe to grind with UGA.
Well said, Mike.
Excellent read.
I believe we are going to break through and win that National Championship more sooner than later. When that happens, Coach Smart and all his assistants as well as the young men that make it happen will forever be royalty in the state of Georgia. If I was a player looking to make his mark, UGA would be a great place to do it. Go to Alabama and it's just another Saban championship(maybe). Come to UGA and you can be a part of history. Go Dawgs!
What is embarrassing is the writer of the espn article, not Georgia.
What is that seemingly immortal axe ESPN is always grinding at? It is blaming UGA for not winning another natty in a recruit rich state...GA. Mike countered it pretty well using Penn State and Notre Dame natty droughts. Plus the CFP came into play, It has nothing to do with embarrassment....ESPN writer's drama term. Tier One UGA is and will remain. And, UGA will win another natty.....soon! GO DAWGS!!!
Well, it takes longer for an inexperience head coach to win a national championship coaching in the toughest conference in college football (sec). First time head coach Phillip Fulmer won his nc in year 7 and coach Dooley in year 17.
I have to wonder if Adam Rittenberg watched the Dawgs get hosed in the 2017 Championship game by some of the most god-awful officiating I have ever seen. There were at least a half of dozen by calls or no calls in that game (all against UGA).
Kirby is the coach we so badly needed. He knows what it takes to win, and he is doing just that, and will continue to do so. When Kirby retires as head coach at Georgia, at the tender age of 95, he will have won 50 SEC championships, and 45 National championships. The head Goober down in Gainesville will be fired in 4 years, after their 7th straight loss to the Dawgs. Danny boy will walk away from college football to peruse his true passion as a circus clown. 🤡 Now that's embarrassing!
GO DAWGS!
What's embarrassing is Adam Rittenberg having a pay per view site to tell us what he thinks. I believe in FREE SPEACH, not paying to listen to it.
