Question: Is Buster Faulkner considered to be on the “football staff” or is he considered a non-staffer? If he’s not on the “football staff”, can we work with the QB’s and other players on the offensive side of the ball?

If I were a scholarship QB, I would be throwing to my receivers every opportunity I could...at the local park or in the quad. The NCAA can't regulate everything! The Seniors need lead their units with voluntary practices.

Quickly, It appears to me there is just not enough ball-invested practice time. You can rep carry routes out of the playbook to sync the QB and RBs and receivers....but few pad days. The coaching staff will need to be at peak efficiency. New QB, new starter RBs, mostly untried OL, added WRs to supplement Pickens and a questionable Blaylock. The defense, again, looks healthy and very strong..and will figure mightly in UGA contests. Nevertheless, UGA will emerge on top of the SEC East at the very least! Challenging year. Nothing new for our Dawgs!!!

The "NCAA Football Oversight Committee Offseason Schedule" seems like a lot of BS to me. Let the teams work as much as they would under normal conditions. As a high school player of 60 years ago, we started in early August and practiced for 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week for the first game around the 1st of September. We won a lot of early games where we were behind going into the 4th quarter because we were well conditioned. Conditioning is the key to avoiding injuries. Just my opinions.
