I suspect this will just send more people downtown and pack the bars. The fun police are going to have their hands full busting up illegal tailgates on campus. All the hassle and restrictions just further validates my decision to opt out this year.
The fear mongering just never ceases with these officials. How about someone just do two seconds of research to see that this virus doesn't affect most college aged students at all and for people under 45 years of age, it is less deadly than the flu. So instead of making everyone's lives miserable, how about opening up everything back to normal and just have those who have extreme health conditions or the infirm elderly shelter in place. I'm tired of this all.
