“(It’s) a new Georgia team that nobody has ever seen before, that nobody ever even thought of,” Jackson said, asked about the offense. “And this Georgia team will come out and be explosive and (try to) put points on the board every time we touch the ball.” He is referring to OC Todd Monken's new air raid look.. Now that is positive thinking...to the point of prophetic. Smart is likely not that positive yet. He wants to see what happens when "cleats" meet turf. Let's hope it is a clear afternoon and evening. Lots of tropical storms that way lately.

    GO DAWGS!!!

You can not project what this team will do using last years stats, or that they will just run all over Arkansas. You won't know until the Fat Lady sings at the end of the fourth quarter, and that will be only the end of the first game, with at least nine more to go. Every thing is brand spanking new on offense, new offense, new offensive line, new QB, new offensive coordinator, new TE's, a lot of new receivers, new starting RB's, new kicker. I have a lot of angst for it all coming together this Saturday.
