I'm loving all the attention UF is getting. It seems our team is not good enough, according to the media. Mullen bragging on himself in his presser. Florida players acting like they have always been better than UGA even after they lost to us three years in a row. Can't wait until we get to Jax.

Looking at each team's full performance, Florida's defense didn't look all that much better than Georgia's offense. It's never going to be about objective comparisons. Since, like, April people have been looking for reasons to anoint Florida. They're bored with Georgia's dominance over the division and are ready to move on. Even assuming Smart and Monken get the QB situation figured out in a hurry and the offense gets rolling, that's not going to do anything to stop the Florida chatter. It won't matter if Georgia never stops looking like the better team, carrying over from the past 3 years People are dug in. The only thing that's going to change it is a Georgia win in Jacksonville, and even then I wouldn't be surprised to see people pick right back up where they left off come February or March. Not that I'm complaining. All this Florida hype feels like playing with house money.

All fans of the Gators and all players and coaches at the University of West Gainesville (FL) recognize the inherent superiority of their football program and team over those of the University of Georgia.

They do so regardless of the score of the game because of two facts known only to Gators and Gator fans. The scoreboard doesn't reflect how close the game is. The better team doesn't always have the higher score.

Must be nice to be so smart. Year after year.

    Bless their hearts.

Same old UGA vs Gator banter. Gators been bridesmaid for three going on FOUR years. No one has told them that UGA will emerge victorious yet again. I am selling Gator crying towels cheap!

Kyle Pitts simply answered the question asked of him right? What is he supposed to say? We take them one game at a time? The one in Jacksonville will be for all the marbles?

This is coming from a big-time gator hater. I don’t see the story in this Particular case.
