    This is not good.

By this point in the season you expect to be banged up, but we look more banged up than you might expect.

That said, we are deep. Our depth might save the day.

    Go, Dawgs!

We are not that deep. LeCounte makes a difference where others would not necessarily be as effective. He is a team leader. He received the game ball. UGA has been decimated with injuries. I expcted it as it is all conference play...but not this early, this bad. This is not even football related. Worse.

Looks like cousin Eddie just got a lucky break. Losing so many all SEC and all American players from the defense is a huge boost for Florida's chances.

Then again, after Mullen and his teams involvement in the halftime rumble at the Swamp, who knows how many starters they'll have suspended the first half of the Georgia- Florida game.

I sure hope Jordon Davis and a few others can play. The all SEC schedule is already taking it's toll.

I don't think it's fair to say the all-SEC schedule is taking a toll. We play Kentucky every year and Kirby said earlier this week that they are one of the most physical teams we play. Even playing a regular schedule, it's quite possible that we would have lost the same players in this game. We didn't get all of these players hurt in this game because all of our other games are against SEC opponents. I'm hopeful that a couple of those guys will be able to play this Saturday, but based on UGA's usual injury report, even so-called "minor" injuries wind up keeping guys out a month, so I figure these might be season ending in some cases, not even counting LeCount.

Hope LeCounte has a speedy recovery, but don’t think he’ll be ready until after regular season. Rib injuries take sometime to heal, and are very sensitive to pain....Football doesn’t bode well for avoiding this

i remember when I attended UGA in the early 2000’s the lineman riding around on mopeds as they were deemed safer than other forms of moving bicycles
